Please note that your credit card will be charged upon order verification. Orders received via our toll-free number are deemed authorized purchases at your consent and all conditions stated within this site will apply.
Refund & Exchange Policy
The Platinum Performance Power Harness made by Platinum Performance LLC is intended to adjust the intake manifold air pressure reading (boost sensor). This allows ECM (electronic control module) adjustments that increase horsepower. A power harness is to be utilized on CAT Diesel Electronic Engines only, and any other usage outside of the parameters set forth in our site is not advised and not covered by this policy. Product is guaranteed to perform as noted above and quality workmanship is our promise.
All Platinum Performance products carry a 6-month guaranteed workshipmanship warranty. Should the product not work due to product defect - it will be replaced at Platinum Performance's discretion once the original sale product is returned and reviewed by our skilled technicians. Products illustrating signs of tampering, misuse, and broken or lost will not be covered under this policy. To qualify for an exchange, the product(s) must be returned in original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, manuals, and/or accessories. Please do not mark or deface original manufacturer packaging in any manner. Product must be returned within 6 months of sale date to qualify for an exchange (refurbished or new product). Should you damage your Platinum Performance product -- outside of the limited warranty time period -- you are eligible for repair service. Technician Repair is available at a flat rate of $59.99. Buyer is responsible for shipment of the product to our offices.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within 5 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and postage fees are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for return processing and credit in the same form of payment received. We do encourage you to select the appropriate product for your Caterpillar diesel engine ahead of purchase to avoid any inconvenience. It is our mission to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction therefore, we will work with each customer to ensure a high-grade experience with us.
Shipping & Handling Policy
We charge competitive shipping fees within the United States. International buyers are subject to postal rates based on location. Please allow for a 48-hour handling period upon purchase of your item. Please note all US purchases are shipped via USPS and are expected for arrival within 5 -7 business days. While, International shipments are based upon shipping method selected - with approximate arrival within 7-10 business days. If you wish to have a shipment expedited you may contact us at help@performanceharness.com. Note, you may incur additional shipping fees for this service. We reserve the right to update or discontinue our shipping policies at any time.
For your protection, we recommend you use Federal Express, UPS, the US Postal Service or any other delivery service with delivery and tracking capabilities. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to exchange of an item, unless the product is deemed defective due to production defects, in which case Platinum Performance LLC will cover these costs. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We cannot accept returns COD. Items received after 5 business days, of receipt by buyer, will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Non-Deliverable & Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, negligence, absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information (invalid, unknown or insufficient address), we will attempt contact you via telephone and/or email to resolve the order. If no response is received within 5 calendar days, the customer will be charged the appropriate shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages, will require an additional re-shipping charge.
